Long Branch Marathon

Hey there Factorians! Senor de los Zapatos here with a great idea for you. New Jersey is home to a lot of things: Sneaker Factory, George Washington crossing the Delaware, Springsteen, Bon Jovi, and perhaps more important than anything else ever, the New Jersey Marathon and Long Branch Half! These two events, which will take place on May 6th, 2012, are two fantastic and premier events here in the Garden State. With Sneaker Factorian Marty Frumkin on the staff for the race, as the course director, it is sure to be a great event!

New Jersey Marathon, May 6, 2012

This year, it looks like the race will be starting from Monmouth Park race track, which will make getting to the event even easier than in the past! One of the best aspects of the NJ Marathon is the team of pacers. That’s right, Factorians, NJ Marathon with the help of Sneaker Factory, is proud to present a group of skilled runners who will be able to help pace you to the race you are looking to run! If you want more information about this great service that will be offered, check out this link to NJMarathon.org page and you can read about who these pacers are, and how they plan on getting you to your goals! We have these skilled individuals to help you out in both the half and full marathons!

If you have any questions on the race, or marathons in general, give us a shout here on the blog, or call down to Long Branch at 732-222-7849 and pick our brains! More to come on this great event later!
